"Easy exchange, no hassle"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size shoe trees and needed to swap them out. i was expecting it to be more of a thing, but it was straightforward. They replied to my email quickly and got the right size sent out not long after. No drama at all, which is always nice because... yeah, I just appreciate when stuff like this doesn’t turn into a headache.

"Hangers just didn’t fit like they should"
I was disappointed with these hangers because they didn’t fit right at all. I reached out to support hoping they could help, but it took way too long to get a response, and when they finally did get back to me, I felt kind of dismissed. Not the experience I was expecting

They took a little longer to reply than I would’ve liked, but they did eventually help me get my order sorted out, so I appreciated that.

"Decent stuff, just don’t expect too much"
They’ve got some nice hangers and shoe care items, better than I expected for a smaller selection. That said, it does feel a bit limited sometimes. I was surprised they didn’t have a few basic options I figured would be easy to find.

"Nice hangers, but not quite as durable as I hoped"
I picked up a few hangers from Hanger Project, and to be fair, they do look really nice and feel premium at first. After a few months though, one of the hooks started feeling a little loose, and the finish picked up some small marks sooner than I expected. They’re still totally usable, but for the price, I thought they’d hold up a bit better. Overall, not bad, just not amazing either

Just a heads up for anyone looking at these shoe trees: the fit was off for me. They didn’t sit in the shoes the way I expected, and when I reached out for help, support wasn’t very useful. I’d recommend double-checking sizing carefully or asking around before ordering.

"Poor packaging for the price"
I was frustrated when my order arrived. The box was dented, partly open, and there was barely any padding inside, which made me wonder if the items had been protected at all during shipping.
Luckily, nothing was completely destroyed, but for the price, I expected a lot more care. This was my first order from hangerproject.com, and after seeing how it was packed, I’d be hesitant to order again unless they improve the packaging...

"Finally figured out how to take care of my shoes"
I came across Hanger Project when I was just trying to figure out what to do with a pair of dry leather shoes. Their videos and guides were way more helpful than digging through random forum threads, and I liked that they explained things in a simple, normal way.
I haven’t ordered a ton from them yet, but the education side alone helped me just pick out the right brush and conditioner without feeling totally lost. It’s a nice site if you’re new to shoe care.

I ordered from Hanger Project and it actually showed up way sooner than I thought it would. Everything was packed well and arrived safely, so no complaints there. Happy with the whole thing, especially how fast the shipping was

I’ve ordered from Hanger Project a couple times now, and overall it’s been a good experiance. Nothing sketchy happened, the site felt legit, and the stuff I got looked like what was shown online.
Shipping wasn’t super fast on one of my orders, but it also wasn’t a big deal or anything. I did reach out with a question once and customer service got back to me, which made me feel better about ordering again.
The prices are defintely a little higher than some other places, but I trust them more than random stores I’ve never heard of. Not perfect, but still a solid 4 stars from me...

"Solid hangers with a really nice finish"
I picked up a few hangers from Hanger Project and overall I’m happy with them. They feel sturdy in hand, and the finish has that smooth, polished look that makes them feel a step above regular hangers. My jackets sit better on them too, especially around the shoulders, which is a small thing but definitely noticeable. I’m taking off one star because they are on the pricey side, but the quality is definitely there

"Super nice craftsmanship, just one tiny thing"
The hanger feels really solid and well made tbh. The wood finish is clean and looks great. It did take a little longer to arrive than I was hoping, but the quality is definitely there, so no big deal imo.

I used this on my shoes and it did an okay job. Nothing terrible happened, but with my luck, I was hoping it would work a little better than it did. It helped some, just not enough for me to be excited about it

"Nice quality, just a little expensive"
I bought a few hangers and some shoe care items, and overall I am happy with them. They are not exactly cheap, but the quality feels solid. If you actually care about keeping your clothes and shoes in good shape, it is probably worth spending a bit more.
